EMS Case Studies Prerequisite: program director's consent.This course provides an opportunity to study and manage trauma and medical emergencies from a case study perspective. Trauma topics include shock, head, spinal, thoracic and abdominal trauma, burns and environmental emergencies. Medical topics include respiratory and cardiac emergencies, neurologic emergencies, endocrine, hematology, infectious diseases, and anaphylaxis. | |||||||
