Brewing Methods II Prerequisites: admission to the Brewing Science and Brewery Operations program and instructor's consent, and a grade of "C" or better in BREW 101.Corequisites: BREW 150.This course will introduce students to the practical aspects of brewing at a brewing facility. In this second level course, students will become familiar with brewing equipment and technology, and assist with the operation of the brewery, with an emphasis on safety and sanitation. |
