Advanced Medical Coding Prerequisites: AHMS 210, AHMS 212, AHMS 213.This capstone course provides students the opportunity to code from medical files using ICD-10-CM and CPT codes as necessary, complete appropriate insurance forms, and place the necessary codes on the 3M encoder software system.
