College Writing I Prerequisite: score of 75 or better on COMPASS placement test or a grade of "C-" or better in WRIT 095.Instruction and practice in expository writing, this course emphasizes specific writing and revision techniques to develop coherence, conciseness, clear and forceful style and voice, and thinking skills.
