Internship: Hosp/Commnty Pharm Prac Prerequisites: State Board of Pharmacy Technician in Training License; "C" or better in PHAR 100 and M 120 Corequisites: AH 117 and CHMY 160.This course provides training and on-the-job experience in a variety of hospital and community pharmacies under the supervision of professional pharmacists. Emphasis is placed on practical experience in effective communication, outpatient and inpatient dispensing, unit-dose systems, IV admixture systems, bulk and sterile compounding, and purchasing and inventory control. | |||||||
