Advanced Manual Lathe Prerequisite: MCH 132.This course will cover carbide cutters and tool holders, spindle collets and drawbars, taper attachments, and digital readouts. Students will use advanced tooling attachments. There will be set up and cutting for simple cam, acme, and buttress threads. The course will emphasize that close tolerances are required. | |||||||
