Medical Office Procedures

Prerequisites: sophomore standing in the Health Care Office Management or Medical Assistant program or instructor's consent. This Sophomore level course is designed for students pursuing medical field careers. A comprehensive course in office procedures, telephone skills, medical law, employment law, medical office billing, ICD and CPT coding, appointment scheduling, and medical record bookkeeping.
