Paramedic Fundamentals Prerequisite: program director's consent.This course prepares the paramedic student in the basic knowledge and skills needed in the pre-hospital environment. Topics covered include initial patient assessment and management, airway management and ventilation, pathophysiology of shock, emergency pharmacology, and respiratory emergencies. |
