The course will build on the topics explored in the prerequisite courses (BIOH 104, BIOH 201 and BIOH 211.) Body systems will be covered in greater depth, and the focus will be on the interrelationships between systems. Topics in this course include how the body's normal structure and function can be altered, how the body responds to these disruptions in structure and function (i.e. cause and effect), and current approaches to the treatment of these disruptions. |
