Internship: Accounting Prerequisites: completion of 30 credits with a grade point average of 2.0 or better and submission of an internship application. This course offers a supervised, structured learning experience at an approved business/organization. Students experience the selection process, receive training related to their field of study, enhance their academic learning, and gain exposure to the workplace. Students apply theoretical classroom concepts to real world workplace issues. Typically, a student completes 45 site hours per one credit of lecture. Additionally, students participate in activities and class time beyond the hours spent at the job site. | |||||||
