Teaching and Learning A critical analysis of public education and the role of classroom teachers in today's public schools. This course examines how public schools developed and changed over the last 100 years and how teachers' roles have evolved accordingly. Current challenges facing teachers, societal expectations of teachers and public schools, as well as the expectations of teacher candidates and teachers are discussed. | |||||||
