Internship: Hospitality Mngmnt Prerequisite: CULA 105.Students are introduced to the operation of a foodservice business. Students apply culinary skills, gaining experience to enter and become successful in the foodservice industry. Students gain practical, hands-on experience in a restaurant setting.
