Internship: Prof Brewing Prerequisites: admission to the Brewing Science and Brewery Operations program and instructor's consent.This course offers a supervised, structured learning experience at an approved brewery. Students will receive training in brewery operations, enhance their academic learning, and gain exposure to the workplace. Prior to placement at an internship site, students will attend an internship orientation to learn the application and internship process. This course may be taken for one to two credits a semester and repeated once for up to a total of four credits. Students receiving financial aid or veteran's benefits should check with the Financial Aid Office before repeating the course. |
