Urinalysis and Body Fluids Prerequisites: admission to the MLT Program.Corequisites: AHMT 201, AHMT 205, AHMT 210, AHMT 295- Clinical/Medical Laboratory I.This course introduces various properties and constituents or urine and body fluid other than blood. It emphasizes the physical, chemical, and microscopic examination of urine and body fluids, such as cerebrospinal fluid, serous and synovial fluids, semen, and feces. Students will interpret the results and correlate these clinical values to health and disease states. | |||||||
