Username:Your first name, middle initial and last name - all lowercase - no special characters. (ex: Sam T. Smith-Jones = samtsmithjones) (ex: Sam House = shouse)
Password:NEW followed by the six digits of your birthdate. (ex: May 9, 1987 = NEW050987)
